Housing Frame
Housing Frame
- Boat shaped galvanized steel plaster frame with square adjustable plaster li
- Accommodates 1/2" to 1-1/2" thick ceilings
- Installs in new construction or from below the finished ceiling (non-accessible) for remodeling
- Provided with two remodel clips to secure the frame to the ceiling
- Provides 2” vertical adjustment of mounting bars
- Accessible from above and below the ceiling
- Removable to facilitate remodeling installation from below the finished ceiling
- Adjustable pre-installed Gen 3 bar hangers adjust from 10-1/2” to 24” wide
- Integral grid clip attaches directly to T-grid
- Captive nail for framing construction
- Mounting flange levels with ceiling in framing construction
